An encouraging word: Feeling overwhelmed

If you've been following this blog and, perhaps, doing additional research on your own. You may feel how I feel sometimes, and that's overwhelmed. It is discouraging and disappointing to come to terms with the fact that this world is being run by Satan and his appointed. But, it is important to remember that God is still God, and the devil is defeated.

Fear and discouragement are two of the most powerful weapons the enemy uses to bring believers down. These darts of evil attack our mind to magnify our problems and minimize the power of the Lord. As the days grow shorter and evil increases, Satan will try to rob you of your hope and faith. He will attempt to fill your mind with anxiousness and fear. He knows that if he is successful, he can make you ineffective for the Kingdom of God. He wants you to feel defeated because he knows Christ has made you more than a conqueror.

Just as for us God's plans for Lucifer were for good and not evil. He was created as the minister of music in heaven.

(Ezekiel 28:13-14 " You were in Eden, the Garden of God; every precious stone was your covering: The sardius, topaz and diamond, Beryl, onyx, and jasper, Sapphire, turquoise, and emerald with gold. The workmanship of your timbrels and pipes was prepared for you on the day you were created. Lucifer was in charge of music in Heaven before he rebelled and became the devil (the deceiver). However, he sought his own "stardom" and was removed from his position. Now, he leads many people away from God using his knowledge of music.

Someone may say, "Do you mean that I must give up MY music?" Yes, if it is YOUR music, you should give it up no matter what type it is, but especially if it is rock or rap music. "So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple" (Luke 14:33).
